Бурановские бабушки. Цель na bombuj. "Buranovskiye Babushki", a group created in the mid-1980s, became famous for rehashing famous rock hits in their native Udmurt language, in a singing style inherited from their ancestors. None of the experts can give a clear definition in what style and genre they sing. One thing is known for sure, that this ethnic project is of interest not only in Russia, but throughout the world.
