E.B.M-Mp4 na bombuj. a young couple who are tight on cash sign up for an undisclosed "Medical Research Program" in order to make ends meet. As the young couple Begin the program, they soon realise there both participants in a Cruel game of survival were they both are given instruction to perform extreme body modifications . But only one of them has to perform said modification instructed. Leaving the couple to decide who has to perform each modification. The game ends when the other person dies. As they are both placed in rooms with an assortment of tools . The couple must figure a means of both there survival. But as the extremity of the modifications begin to increase, tensions rise between the two.
