Joe Swanberg's Quiet City
Joe Swanberg's Quiet City na bombuj. 'LOL' director Joe Swanberg was given an early screenplay draft of 'Quiet City' the day before he and friends Tipper Newton and Kevin Bewersdorf flew from Chicago to Seattle for a film festival. In the airport on the return trip, the trio began shooting scenes with the movie function on a digital still camera, then edited, scored and titled the film during the flight. Before Aaron Katz had finished the real film, Swanberg e-mailed a link to his version and claimed to have just sent his rough cut to Sundance, sending Katz into a panic until he realized he'd been hoodwinked.
