Oluf na bombuj. The northern Norwegian village of Rallkattlia is experiencing the problems currently ravaging the coast more severely than ever before. What happens when the fish are gone, agriculture is unprofitable, and the bank has gone bankrupt? We witness the residents' humorous ingenuity in their efforts to save the village.
