Sisters
Sisters na bombuj. An educational film for film students about the connection between two closely related art forms—painting and cinema. This film presents striking examples of painting's reminiscences in cinema: it collects famous examples of shot compositions by world cinematographers, drawing on the compositions of famous paintings. Of course, the main idea here is not to replicate or mechanically transfer a painting to the screen, but to convey through cinema the atmosphere and beauty of the painting that inspired the director.
