Testemuñas dunha illa na bombuj. In September 1985, an event would forever change the way of life for the inhabitants of Illa de Arousa: the construction of a bridge connecting it to the rest of the mainland. Electricity wiring, hot water availability, and transportation were some of the complications at the time. What was life like back then? What did people do when there were medical emergencies? Did life on the island really improve after the bridge was built? In this documentary, we hear from the people of Arousa who witnessed the entire process of change.
