华侨血泪 na bombuj. Centered on the wealthy Yang family during the Japanese Occupation, the film shows the wartime clash between colonials, collaborators, and resistance forces. Restored by the China Film Archive and subtitled by the Asian Film Archive, this immediate post-war local film is a historical document on the urban landscape of post-war Singapore and Malaya.
